The OTE for this position is approximately $90K yearly (including $80–$85K base +).

Position Scope:
Hino Motors Canada is seeking a bilingual District Sales Manager to support and grow dealer performance across Quebec and the Maritimes. This role acts as a strategic partner to Hino’s dealer network, helping drive truck sales performance, dealer accountability, and long term business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to grow into a corporate OEM environment while working closely with dealership leadership, sales teams, and commercial customers in a high value B2B space.
Responsibilities:
- Support dealer partners in achieving truck sales and performance targets
- Hold dealers accountable to agreed upon business plans, sales commitments, and inventory strategies
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to dealer sales teams
- Assist dealers in identifying competitive conquest opportunities and areas for market share growth
- Analyze sales data, registrations, market activity, and performance trends to uncover opportunities
- Support dealer customer meetings when required as a trusted advisor and OEM partner
- Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals, ownership groups, General Managers, Sales Managers, and frontline staff
- Help dealers create proactive sales strategies and improve commercial truck sales performance
- Travel throughout Quebec and the Maritimes to support dealer relationships and market development
Requirements & Experience:
- Fully bilingual in French and English (French first / Francophone preferred)
- Strong sales aptitude with a proactive, relationship driven approach
- Automotive, truck, fleet, dealership, OEM, heavy equipment, transportation, or commercial B2B experience considered an asset
- Comfortable working with senior dealership leadership as well as frontline sales teams
- Self starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Postsecondary education in business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Open to both experienced professionals and high potential candidates looking to grow into a corporate OEM role
Travel
This is a remote, field based role with regular travel throughout Quebec and occasional travel to the Maritimes. Montreal is the preferred home base given the concentration of key dealer partners.
